Return Policy

NeiDun is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 45 days of the date of shipment, along with the original packaging. No questions asked! No restocking fees!

1. Email naidun2021@163.com for a return authorisation. A prepaid return shipping label will be issued if the item is defective or damaged in transit. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and may send the item back using the carrier of their choice.

2. We do not accept any returns after 45 days from the date of shipment.

3. if you believe your parcel has been damaged in transit, we ask that you contact us within 5 days of shipment and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

4. if your order has not been shipped, we will refund your payment immediately. If your order has been shipped, we will refund your purchase price as soon as we receive the item you sent back and process it in our warehouse.
